These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Vecinello's website and communications and request-management services, including private pilots and interactions through WhatsApp. In these terms, "Vecinello," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the provider of the service, and "you" refers to the person using it.
1. Using the service
By accessing or using Vecinello after these terms have been made available to you, you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and have any authorization needed to act for another person or organization.
Some features are available only to invited or registered participants. Your access may depend on your association with a participating community or organization. Keep the information supplied for your access accurate and let the person who arranged it know if your phone number or authorization changes.
If a separate written agreement with Vecinello applies to your use of the service, that agreement takes precedence to the extent it conflicts with these terms.
2. What Vecinello provides
Vecinello provides tools to receive messages, record requests, retrieve related information, and generate responses. Features may vary by participant, organization, or stage of the service's development.
A message acknowledging or recording a request does not mean that a person has reviewed it, that a professional has been contacted, or that work has been scheduled or completed. Confirm any action that matters to you with the person or organization responsible for carrying it out.
Vecinello is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it for urgent safety issues or situations requiring immediate assistance. Contact the relevant emergency service or responsible person directly.
3. Your responsibilities
Use Vecinello lawfully and only for purposes for which you are authorized. You must not:
- Impersonate another person or submit information you know to be false or misleading.
- Send unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise harmful content.
- Access another person's records without permission, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.
- Upload malicious code, send spam, or attempt to overwhelm or disrupt the service or its providers.
- Share information that you have no right to disclose or that is unnecessary for your request.
You are responsible for securing the devices and accounts you use to access Vecinello. Notify the person who arranged your access if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Your messages and content
You retain any ownership rights you have in the messages and other content you submit. You give Vecinello permission to store, process, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, respond to your requests, and make relevant records available to authorized administrators and service providers.
This permission is limited to those purposes and does not transfer ownership of your content to Vecinello. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the information you submit and for having the rights or authorization needed to share it. Do not use the service to store passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Automated responses
Vecinello may use artificial intelligence and other automated tools to interpret messages, create or retrieve request records, and prepare replies. Automated output may contain errors, omit context, or misunderstand a request. Review it before relying on it and seek human confirmation where appropriate.
Responses are provided for general service assistance. They do not replace legal, financial, medical, engineering, or other professional advice. An automated response does not create a commitment by a third party or confirm that a real-world action has taken place.
6. WhatsApp and other third-party services
If you use Vecinello through WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp remains subject to WhatsApp's own terms and policies. Vecinello uses third-party providers for messaging, infrastructure, and automated assistance. Their availability and technical limitations may affect the service.
Messages sent to the Vecinello business conversation may be processed to answer you and handle your request. You can stop messaging or block the conversation using WhatsApp's controls. Any charges imposed by your mobile or internet provider remain your responsibility.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed by Vecinello, its uses and recipients, and how to raise a privacy or deletion request. Stopping use of the service or deleting a conversation from your device does not automatically delete records held by Vecinello or other organizations.
8. Intellectual property
Except for content supplied by users and materials owned by third parties, rights in Vecinello's software, branding, and website materials belong to their respective owners. You may use them only as needed to use the service in accordance with these terms or as otherwise permitted by law.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or distribute protected parts of the service without permission. These terms do not restrict any rights that applicable law gives you and that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. Pilot and early-access features may be incomplete or change without maintaining compatibility with earlier versions. Service interruptions can occur because of maintenance, technical issues, or failures affecting third-party providers.
Unless a separate agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, Vecinello is offered on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free responses, or any particular outcome from a submitted request. Any mandatory statutory guarantees remain in effect.
10. Suspension and ending access
You may stop using Vecinello at any time. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the service or other people, comply with law, or reflect the end of your authorization or participation in a pilot.
Ending access does not remove obligations that arose before termination. Provisions that by their nature need to continue, including those concerning intellectual property, liability, and disputes, continue to apply. Retention and deletion of personal information are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vecinello is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by users, interruptions outside our reasonable control, or decisions made by third parties handling a request.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or any mandatory consumer rights. If applicable law does not allow a particular exclusion or limitation, it applies only to the extent permitted by that law.
12. Disputes and applicable rights
Please raise any concern with the Vecinello representative who arranged your access so that it can be considered and, where possible, resolved directly. Applicable law determines the rights and remedies available to each party and which courts have jurisdiction, subject to any valid separate agreement.
These terms do not require you to give up mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring a complaint to a competent regulator or court.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service develops or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its update date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek agreement before a material change applies.
If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the affected service. Changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
